How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

I run this passion project as a one-woman (and two-dog) operation while working a full-time job. So, that means it’s just me behind the sewing machine. Every bandana is handmade with love in my spare time, and 100% of proceeds are donated to helping dogs in need.

What are the shipping fees? 

At this time, we offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping is free on orders over $50. All required taxes and shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? 

 At the moment, we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re hoping to expand in the future!

Do you offer local pick up? 

Yes! We’re happy to offer local pickup options. Just select your preference at checkout or contact us using the contact us form to coordinate the details.

What is your return policy? 

 As a small, handmade business, we’re currently unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit for your pup.
