Bandana Basics

Q: What sizes do you offer?
We offer Small, Medium, and Large. Check out our Size Guide to find the perfect fit for your pup based on neck measurements and breed size examples.

Q: How do I put the bandana on my dog?
Easy! Our bandanas are either tie-on or snap-on. Just wrap it around your dog’s neck and tie or snap it closed. The snaps are designed to work on either side, so your reversible bandana is easy to wear no matter which pattern you choose for your pup to show off.

Q: What are your bandanas made of?
Each bandana is handmade using 100% cotton — soft, breathable, and comfy for everyday wear.

Care and Maintenance

Q: How do I wash my bandana?
Machine wash cold with like colors or hand wash with detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. You can iron on medium heat if needed.

Orders and Shipping

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. I run this small passion project as a one-woman (and two-dog) operation while working a full-time job. That’s right! It’s just me behind the sewing machine and every bandana is handmade to order.

Q: What are the shipping fees?
At this time, we offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping is free on orders over $50. All required taxes and shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re hoping to expand in the future!

Q: Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! We’re happy to offer local pickup options. Just select your preference at checkout or contact us using the contact us form to coordinate the details.

Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us ASAP by filling out the contact us form and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
As a small, handmade business, we’re currently unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit for your pup.

That said — we want you to have a great experience! If there’s an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to make things right.

Sizing

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
We totally get it — sizing for pups can be tricky! While we’re not able to offer size exchanges due to the costs of shipping both ways, we always recommend double-checking your dog’s measurements and using our Size Guide before purchasing.

Q: Why isn’t this bandana available in my dog’s size?
Because each bandana is handmade in small batches, availability depends on how much fabric we have on hand. Some prints are limited runs or one-of-a-kind finds — meaning we may only have enough to make certain sizes.

Occasionally, we release one-off bandanas that were only created in a specific size based on fabric leftovers or specialty cuts. If a size isn't listed, it's likely sold out or wasn’t made in that size due to fabric limitations.

Q: Where do the proceeds go?
100% of proceeds help support shelter dogs, rescues, and pets living with unhoused individuals — through food, supplies, medical care, and adoption support.

Q: How can I nominate a rescue or organization?
